State Bar of California, and Attorney General, I would invite your kind attention that some Attorney(s) are taking undue and illegal benefits of the Immigration Consultant Act of California Law and victimizing the immigration consultants who are not lawyers, and they are being harassed up to the extent that they admit their uncommitted violation of immigration laws. In most of the cases, the settlement takes place outside the Court and the abuser of the law receives a handsome amount from the poor immigration consultants because they cannot afford the heavy professional fee of the Lawyers. The (ICA) Immigration Consultant Act needs to be revised, so that no one can abuse our justice system, and the attorneys/lawyers who are abusing our justice system need to be investigated.Shafi Afridi
